The Company explicitly declares that it does not request, collect, store, or process any brokerage account credentials, trading passwords, or authorization to place trades on behalf of Users.

Kalash does not function as a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst. All stock market information and calls are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. The Company does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any content and disclaims all liability arising from reliance on such information.

5. Disclosure of Information

User information may be disclosed to third parties only under the following circumstances:

• To payment processors and banking partners for settlement purposes;
• To legal, regulatory, or governmental authorities as required by law;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company and its Users.
